CURRENT NEWS There is never a dull moment in Italy. There is always something interesting happening whether it be cultural, political, social or criminal. The cities are vibrant and buzzing.
The Italians love excitement and if there is none, they create it. There are many many art exhibitions to see with all the great masters of art and the modern art movement is always stimulating to view.
Classical music concerts are in every city and the small villages. Every city has its own festival usually associated with the feast day of its own patron saint and every city has Carnivale usually in February, the most famous ones being in Viareggio in Cinque Terre and of course Venice.
